Ceramics is a labor-intensive hobby. Each item is Slip cast in a mold and allowed to set and dry. Greenware (Clay) pieces are then "cleaned", where the mold seams are removed. Items are then fired in the kiln to 04 Bisque. This process has prepared the item for painting or glazing.
We have over 30,000 ceramic molds and a fairly small studio space. This limits the amount of items we have ready on our shelves. We do work to have a variety of items available for in-studio and online sales. This means that many items will show as "out of stock", which simply means that your items will be Made-to-Order.
If any piece arrives broken, pictures of the item and the packaging are required to receive a replacement/refund. We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail & First Class Mail, and this is required to file a claim for damage with the United States Postal Service.
We are not responsible for breakage of items once they are removed from the premises.
