Our ceramics are fired at a high temperature of 1,280°C to ensure maximum strength and durability.

The lead time for placing an order depends on the availability of the item. Many items are in stock and can be shipped within 2-3 business days. If the item is not currently in stock we do ask for a 2-3 week turnaround time to create, clean, and fire the item for you. For custom orders, we will provide you with an estimated timeline after discussing your order with you.

There are extended timeframes from October through December as this is the busiest time of year for us. 

Yes, as long as the item has been glazed it is microwave and dishwasher safe. However, to prolong the life of your piece, we recommend hand washing whenever possible.

Yes, we can do repairs within reason. We can not determine if an item is repairable without seeing it. Please be advised that as we are a small business we have limited availability and some repairs may take some time to complete. 

We do! However, as there have been many sizes and shapes made it is best to bring one in so that we can see if we have the same type you need. Many of the sizes and shapes have been discontinued so we do have a somewhat finite supply of what we do currently have in stock. 

No. Walk-ins are welcome and seats are available on a first come first served basis. We do have "regular" customers who come in weekly and seats are reserved for them. If you want to come in regularly we will hold seats for you also.
